    Answer: To extend the Leifheit Telescopic Steel handle, open the lever, twist and pull the extendable part out, and then lock with the lever. Try twisting and ‘wiggling’ the extendable handle section to ease it out. If you're still having trouble, please contact Leifheit Customer Support.
  • Question: Is it possible to use it with the twist mop buckets? I am not sure if it is only telescopic or can do the twisting function as well.

    Answer: Using the pole in a twisting motion may undermine the integrity of the telescopic section. It's recommended to not use it in that way.
  • Question: What is the diameter of this pole? I need to attach it to a mop with a 19mm diameter hole.
