About This Item
Introducing the BiteNot Collar, the perfect alternative to the traditional Elizabethan collar for your beloved pet. Our collar provides unimpeded peripheral vision, allowing your furry friend to eat, drink, sleep, and play comfortably while still protecting their back, rump, base of tail, flanks, chest, abdomen, and genitals (even feet in small breeds). Made from flexible plastic and foam, the BiteNot Collar is both durable and easy to clean.
Simply toss it in the washing machine to keep it fresh and hygienic. Unlike other collars, our BiteNot collar features a unique harness strap, ensuring a secure fit that stays in place. When selecting the right size, it's important to measure from the base of your pet's ear to the top of their shoulder blade.
This measurement will give you the desired width and size of the collar. For example, if you measure 6, you will need a size 6 collar. We offer a range of sizes to accommodate different breeds and weights. For dogs, we have sizes ranging from 3.5 for dogs under 10 lbs (such as toy poodles) to size 8 for dogs weighing 101-140 lbs (like Bullmastiffs).
For cats, we offer size 2.5 for cats under 10 lbs and size 3 for cats over 10 lbs. Please note that while our BiteNot Collar is great for protecting various parts of the body, it is not recommended for safeguarding the eyes or ears. Choose the BiteNot Collar for a comfortable, effective, and convenient alternative to the traditional Elizabethan collar. Order now and ensure that your pet can heal and recover without compromising their freedom and comfort. *Materials: Plastic, Foam *Cleaning and Care: Machine-washable *Warnings: Not recommended for protecting eyes or ears *Recommended Use: The collar must stretch from behind the animal's ear to the top of its shoulder for maximum protection.

BiteNot Basic Collars BN7 Editorial Review
Collar, 3.5"W X 16"L The BiteNot Collar offers a comfortable alternative to traditional E-collars, resembling a human neck brace, allowing dogs like my Samoyed to recover post-surgery without bumping into walls or feeling constrained. Many users have highlighted its design as superior for preventing pets from reaching their surgical sites while still allowing comfortable movements for lying down and sleeping. However, sizing can be tricky; measuring your dog's neck carefully is essential for an optimal fit. While some dogs may find it slightly tight, overall feedback indicates it significantly reduces stress during recovery and offers better usability compared to typical plastic E-collars.
