According to one customer, this product responds well to leaking gases and liquids and works well in vacuum situations. It is known as the "Blue Death" in the HVAC business. However, one customer had a negative experience with the product when they received a tube that appeared to have a May 2020 date code. The product had split and came out of the tube in a brown color, instead of the expected purple lavender blue color. The customer needed it for a vacuum situation, but it did not hold the vacuum.
