One customer had an issue with burning out the chip because it was set by default to 24V instead of 48V. Another customer had a unit that failed after 45 days and had poor customer service. Another customer installed the unit but it did not work properly as it would not start the generator automatically per the settings on the system. They had reached out to Sensata tech support but the issue persisted.
