The erythritol has been removed and it is solely sweetened with stevia. If you order the rainbow variety pack, six of the 24 cans will contain caffeine. The Black Cherry and Grape have 20 mg of sodium and Orange and Strawberry have 0 mg of sodium per 12 oz can. Zevia takes great care in choosing ingredients that are used in their products and they have great respect for those who have special diets and food allergies. However, due to proprietary reasons, they cannot list all the ingredients they put in their beverages. The stevia leaf extract is extracted using a hot water extraction process. There are mixed reviews of this product. Some of the cans were dented and empty upon delivery, which is a concern. Some feel that it is expensive for soda, not cost-effective, and the taste is not great across all flavor varieties. However, some users find that it is a life changer, especially those who are trying to stop drinking regular soda and are struggling due to taste preferences. It is also helpful for those with diabetes due to its natural ingredients. It is unfortunate that the cases of 12 oz cans are no longer available, which is a concern for repeat users of this product.
