    répondre: It's simple. Put the padded part over the door. Close the door so it's secure. One foot in one loop and one hand in the other. You then just pull. So it strengthens the arm as well.
  • question: I have my gym in the garage at my house, no door, can I fix it some other way maybe to the wall?

    répondre: I suppose you could put a secure rail up to put the part that's supposed to go over the door. As long as you trust it, as it needs to hold a bit of weight.

    répondre: I wouldn't have thought so.

    répondre: I should think so as it's really a tough workout. But I can't guarantee that. I haven't done it enough to be that flexible.

    répondre: Yes, I am a 47 yr old male using it for TKD.
  • question: Is this like a flexistretcher but cheaper?

    répondre: No, it only has 3 levels to stretch. And if you are 5ft 2in or shorter in height it's useless. I have the flexistretcher and that's much better.

    répondre: Yes, can help stretching for MMA.

    répondre: Yes, it is very easy to use and for a better stretch. You can see the video shot by our customers in the product's review. They love our stretch bands.
