  • question: Can the alarm be turned off completely?

    répondre: Yes, you can turn off the alarms completely.

    répondre: No, it only displays the day of the week.

    répondre: No, only a USB charging cable is included.
  • question: Does this clock have nature sounds as the alarm sound?

    répondre: Not that I can remember. All the sounds are digital.
  • question: How does the voice control work?

    répondre: The battery alarm clock has the voice control function. When the clock detects a sound over 90 dB, the LED display lights up. You can clap, pat the table, cough, or do any other loud sound.
  • question: Can you change color of the display?

    répondre: I don't believe you can.
  • question: The clock automatically dims at 19:00 and then goes brighter at 7:00. Can I turn this off/change the times when plugged in?

    répondre: Not sure how that works. Our clock dims at 11pm, which seems a sensible time. Ours does this when not plugged in. A red light comes on when it needs recharging. It takes quite a while before recharging.
  • question: I can see the snooze button on top, but how do you turn the alarm off for the day once you are fully awake?

    répondre: On the back of the clock, there are 4 buttons to set alarms/time/volume etc. To stop the alarms, you simply press any of these 4 buttons when the alarm goes off. Or to turn the alarm off or set it, press the 2nd button named AL 1 2 until the 1 or 2 or neither don't show in the top right corner. (When alarm 1 and 2 are set, both numbers should show, and only 1 or 2 should show when only 1 alarm is set)
  • question: How do I change the alarm tune?

    répondre: It's in the instruction booklet.
  • question: I can't plug wire in as too small and want the clock to light up all the time. Can someone tell me what type of wire it is so I can order a longer one?

    répondre: I think it is a micro USB.
  • question: Is it safe to leave plugged in all the time so that the clock display stays on all the time?

    répondre: I have left the clock plugged in since I got it at the end of September, and nothing has gone wrong with it so far.
  • question: Can you turn off voice control, so it shows the time without prompting it?

    répondre: Sorry, the voice control function can't be turned off.
  • question: Is there any way to make the time stay on constantly (as opposed to just when I tap it or when there's a loud noise)?

    répondre: I believe it's only if you have it plugged in rather than running on its battery (to save power, presumably).
