It's dishwasher safe and provides long-lasting insulation to keep drinks, particularly hot drinks, temperature-controlled and fresh for hours. Its ease of cleaning makes it a favorite among users. However, the cup is quite heavy and has no handle, which makes it hard to hold, especially for persons with dexterity issues. Additionally, drinking from the cup directly can be difficult as the lack of a handle means the user has to grip the body tightly. The straw's slit opening is not water-tight and can be bothersome to clean.
